All skills course

This is an 8-week intensive course with daily classes and activities.

You will attend classes every day and will have formative and summative assessment assignments. Your tutor will help you throughout the course both in class and outside of class.

You can expect to learn about: 

• Academic writing: writing academically, citing sources, critical thinking and more

• Academic Listening: lecture comprehension strategies, note-taking, improving listening skills for social purposes at university

• ​Academic Speaking: participate in seminars, give academic presentations, improve your fluency and pronunciation. 

• Academic Reading: reading and analysing academic texts, note-taking, finding sources

• Academic skills: time management, avoiding plagiarism, doing research
